All of our maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and effectively, including replacement of a broken washing machine and assistance with leaks in the property. Inspections or fire alarm tests were alerted to us in advance and Vanessa and Danielle offered excellent communication and service throughout our tenancy. The property was affordable and in a good area of Manchester, close to city centre and our transition from Ireland to the year's tenancy in England was seamless. “Over the years we visited this consulate for different issues we needed to resolve. All, and by all I mean 101% of our visits were resolved by the kind and professional staff, sometimes was at the begining of the day, other times at the second part of the day. It did not matter, always we finished for what we visited for. The staff was always kind and professional, gave the logic explanations if something needed to be amended or done otherwise but always presented to us different options to our needs... We always went there prepared as advised during the booking through the system but the base thing for successfully finishing our visits was the friendly and professional staff. Sometimes they even stayed over the closing time just to resolve our situation. I do not know how other people be unsatisfied by the service probably they were visiting without the documents needed or without all persons implicated present. I did this mistake once , I understood my mistake but I couldn't blame the staff for it. If is legal and you have what is needed you will be served extraordinary by the staff and your issue will be resolved. Last visit was today, all of my requests were resolved in less than 40 minutes. I was informed that a Consulate opened in Birmingham so sadly I will not visit probably any more at Manchester. But as my experience in those 10 years with this place was so positive and excellent never say never, I can drive 2hrs for such a service. “I have used a number of UK to Ghana door to door shipping companies and the issues are the same - unprofessionalism in communication, lack of transparency with pricing, cash system to evade taxes, no optimum pick up route meaning that you would have to wait around all day to confirm over call (at least 5 times) whether your box will be picked up and it still would not be etc etc. The list of negatives with Ghanaian door to door companies are endless. Then we discovered Manc Global Logistics and thought it was too good to be true. We booked collection online, got that acknowledged by text and email. Then we got told when our collection date would be with a tracking link that would be live on said day. And then on the day, the link went live and the van pulled up to our driveway at the appointed time. Box was picked and we were able to make payment online rather easily by card. The prices were also published online so it was easy to know how much was going to be paid. We received a pdf receipt in the email and that was it. Such a breeze. For the first time in all my years in the UK, shipping a box home has been hustle free and has not messed up my working day in anyway. Absolutely incredible for same price as well. Please do not hesitate to go with this company for your door to door shipping needs to Ghana. I am staying with them forever.”
