I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! She talked me through the options for hyperpigmentation I was experiencing and then booked me in for a peel a few days later. “I want to say thank you to Doug for a fantastic recovery for me and I couldn’t recommend Doug and the Altius team enough. I had what originally was seen as a groin injury by the original physio I went to that I got playing football. I ended up at 2 different physio organisations that weren’t Altius, went through 6-8 week groin recovery treatment both times but the issue didn’t go away either time. I went to Doug and Altius and it turned out I had a torn adductor and also a double hernia. Doug put a plan to put a focus on repairing the adductor first, then have surgery on the hernias followed by physio recovery of the hernias surgery. The recovery program was very focussed on building things up, not pushing past where things were ready and ultimately rebuilding strength, flexibility at the right pace. I went from thinking I was probably never going to play football again at times during the injury recovery to now having been back playing for 4 months and have no limitations around mobility and feel great playing again. Very professional, clear on the recovery processes and confident that things would get back to normal after time which helped with my belief about getting back playing again. L”

“Bought a range of Airofin items (jersey/winter jersey/bib leggins/bib shorts) for cycling as I was in need of some new gear. Really pleased with all of it. Good prices but still a step up from the standard dhb gear. The jacket is the perfect length but not at all baggy and the bib shorts are much more comfortable than my last pair as the padding covers a bigger area. Overall really pleased with this gear. Would recommend. Some really good discounts on the website right now also.”

“Went in to get new tyres for the back of the car as I didn't know what size I needed and the guys were really friendly and helpful. They ordered in the size I needed there and then which they said would arrive the next day so dropped it off in the morning while I went shopping, came back and it was done plus they managed to get cheaper tyres than originally quoted so that saved me £20 which made a big difference after my shopping spree! Will be going back again :)”
