She was asked to write a speech a couple of weeks ago and when she finished, she couldn't have been more proud of herself. We are delighted to see how much confidence in her abilities she has learnt in class and how much she enjoys it. “I cannot recommend Educare enough. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

I've been taking mine and my wife's cars to them for a couple of years now for MOTs, servicing and the odd repair (suspension springs & exhaust silencer) and I'm always very happy with the service received. I've been recommending them to friends & colleagues. They can be busy for getting booked in but it's because they're good and trustworthy. If they did motorbikes too, I'd be taking that in to them as well.”

“Since starting at the nursery over a year ago my 2 girls have come on in leaps and bounds.There are so many educational and fun activities that are incorporated into the nursery routine.The children even do yoga!! My girls come home everyday singing and in a cheery mood. The staff really take the time out to get to know and understand the wants and needs of the children individually and as a group and commuinication with myself and father has been very good.Would highly recommend this nursery.”

“The 1st thing I should mention is that I am an absolute OCD freak and as such expected a high standard from a paid for service. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Amazing school and fantastic teachers. Really made an effort to continue our daughters education during the lockdown. Fantastic facilities including cricket pitch, basketball courts, swimming pool, football pitch’s including astroturf. Could not recommend this school highly enough as it has a wonderful family feel to it that is lacking in other schools. We feel they really care not just about the education but the happiness and well-being of there students too.”

I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

“I was sent here through work following a road traffic accident. I would highly recommend physio here. For the first time after years of physiotherapies for various reasons elsewhere Paul took the time to explain to me the inner workings of the body and the progress of the body following injury and rehabilitation and I have to say that helped my recovery more than anything. The time and patience taken to talk me through my recovery was above and beyond. Just a couple of minutes walk from the tram too, I would definitely return.”

She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! It felt welcoming and well cared for, and I had an undisturbed, peaceful sleep. Great value for money too. The food was another highlight. I ordered the gammon steak, which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious – generous portion, nicely presented, and full of flavour. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.”
