His work and dedication is the only reason why I keep paying £300 p/m. Replies to my questions within hours, he is always helpful and knowledgable. We feel supported. For years we were moved between different accountants because all of them were leaving or were sacked, barely met submission deadlines and it is entirely my fault that we endured the horrendous service. I know A&L did rebranding, changed management, and there were promises they will do better, I really can’t say if their service overall has improved.
