Some of the Iceland Supermarket Products are excellent value for money, for example the Frozen Pizza, Hunter's Chicken including the Frozen Vegetables available like Garden Peas, Broccoli, Sweet Baby Carrots, Baby Spinach & Mixed Veg Packs. Also fine for Frozen Fish & Seafood & some Fish Meals. They sell a Decent size Bag of Frozen Seafood which contains Mussels, King Prawns & Squid Rings that is ideal for cooking Sicilian Seafood Linguine Pasta. Not too busy Midweek but it is Busy Friday, Saturday. So, some fine economical item choices for a Small Budget.”

“This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”

“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“BOSS MAN-G This shop is one of the few shops left that sells really rare and obscure fruit and veg like pomegranates. They also have some of the best wholesale selection of nuts and spices. I am one of the only non-Pakistani I know who shops there, other than some Bengali's and a ginger guy called Eddie, but am always made to feel welcome. “Poor Service and Unresponsive Support I had a very bad experience. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The delivery was incomplete, yet their system marked it as fully delivered. When I attempted to report the issue, it was extremely difficult because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Very disappointing service.”

“It’s very overwhelming at meat session where everyone is very helpful because when I went to there they always gave me the meat which they don’t have for other I mean generally I prefer to take lamb ribs and special thank you to Ali bhai.”
