“Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. “Went for the first time with a group of 10. Service was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We weren't rushed in the slightest and the quality of the food was excellent. The chicken pakora starter was probably the best I've ever had. We sat in their bar area afterwards and had some more drinks. The coffee with cream and sugar was lovely. Would definitely come back here.”
