“The staff are amazing.. and the food is just as good.. had a large breakfast and sampled the steak baguette... both 10/10 quality... if you get chance its defo not worth a miss.. the prices are slightly high but you get what you pay for... will be back thanks again”

“I stayed at The Lamb Inn for one night with a friend while visiting the Peak District. We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and provided us with the keys right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our stay. The only minor issue was that the shower leaked at the bottom, so the water didn’t drain properly. Other than that, everything was great. The inn is conveniently located for exploring the Peak District, though you will need a car to get around. We even spotted some Highland cows nearby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I’d happily recommend it for a visit to the area.”

“Went last night 27/10/2024. Cinema was modern and fairly price. Seats semi-recline. Seats comftable and quality of sound and picture was very good. Screen 11 was empty with only 6 people in allowed us to have a more personal viewing. Films was smile 5/10.”

“Wow! We travelled from Shropshire to meet some friends before heading to the Co-Op for a concert, and we were absolutely blown away. We enjoyed the Fiorentina pizza, spaghetti carbonara, ragu, garlic bread, and fries. To drink, we had a Mimosa and a Daiquiri, followed by a limoncello gelato for dessert, every dish was insanely good! The food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and served incredibly quickly. The service was exceptionally efficient, and the team were so friendly and helpful. The surroundings are warm, cosy, and tastefully decorated, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We cannot wait to return.”

“Absolutely love Nell’s! The vibe is always spot on – great atmosphere and friendly service. The pizza is next level: thin, crispy bases with generous toppings that are both creative and surprisingly perfect together. The combinations might seem unusual at first, but they totally work once you try them. Easily one of the best pizza spots around. Highly recommend!”

“This is our Fifth time in here. Never failed. We had the Brunch menu, my Lily had crêpe and she said it is tastes like pancakes which she likes very much. And my Ami had a nice chicken burger. “Recently moved (Sept22) now inside Doctor Feelgood. Which is a very trendy bar. (Music is very loud) but good atmosphere... Now let's talk Burgers burgers burgers. Amazing burgers. Great place to go if u want a burger with a different. Maybe chilly in it.. maybe Mac n cheese in it! The special is always good. Chips are great also as you can put great toppings on them! Staff seemed really helpful n welcoming.”
