“Had treatment here twice, the first time whilst I was in school so funded by NHS and sadly i lost my retainer completely my fault. The second time i chose and paid for because of how great my first experience was Everybody you meet here whether at the front desk or right up to Dr Bhatti is lovely. Every visit i felt welcome and left feeling really positive I love my teeth which is bittersweet because i know i wont be going back now but thank you to the whole team I wouldnt ever go anywhere else for ortho work ❤️”

“I've been going to Ash Hair for a few years now but have only recently been getting colour. I've had my hair done by numerous members of the team - Rachel, Ashley (the owner) and most recently, Junaid. They are all so lovely and make you feel really welcome! But most importantly, they are fantastic at what they do! I always joke that they are like wizards as they create absolute magic with my hair. I always leave feeling a million dollars ❤️! Also ASH has some great extra features which add to the overall experience. You can now order lunch & a glass of prosecco from the Italian Deli next door. And if you refer a friend to the salon you also receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco. It's these little touches that once again add to an amazing experience.”

“I can’t recommend my physiotherapy sessions highly enough. I came in with ongoing pain and weakness in my left hip and leg it was affecting my life during the day, sleeping and unfortunately I had to give up playing my tennis too because of the pain. Thanks to their expert care and tailored exercise plan I’m now back on court playing padel tennis again, pain-free and getting stronger every week. Every session was professional, supportive and genuinely effective. They took the time to understand the root of the problem and worked with me to rebuild strength and mobility step by step. “I was referred to this dentist by own NHS dentist for an implant. I also needed a lower molar removing which my NHS dentist refused to remove . This was also done at this amazing practice , with minimal bruising, swelling and pain !!! Due to their outstanding professionalism , skill and expertise I transferred to this practice. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist it’s a social and calming event!!!”

“The Heaton Moor practice are always very pleasant and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Making appointments is easy and rarely have to wait too long. I have been taking my pets to Woodcroft in Heaton Moor for what must be in excess of 30 years and have never had any reason to complain. To make things easier I am in their pet club which makes payment for routine annual boosters, worming and flea treatment very manageable. I recommend taking your pet there (far better than the chain of vets you may know of up and down the country.”

“Went as a couple to celebrate a birthday, easy to book online with SMS confirmation and a reminder. Seated to within a few minutes if arriving. We were placed to the back where it's a larger open plan room and were sat next to a large group, also celebrating with noisy (well behaved just noisy) children and where the cutlery station is. As I had a headache, I asked if we could be moved to a table near the front and the gentlemen kindly moved us to a quiet "nook". Think he was the manager, really appreciated this. We were served by William; friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Checked on whether we wanted additional drinks and gravy, and timed it when we didn't have food in our mouths :) We had the Sunday sharer, hats off to Alex the grill chef. Food was hot, portions are decent. 2 big fluffy Yorkshires and the meat was cooked just as ordered, not fatty and very juicy. Would recommend.”

“I cannot recommend Dogz Club enough! We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Ford Mustang air conditioning not working properly. Been quoted up to £1000 by a con man to fix it. Paul at Kwik Fit fixed it in 10 minutes and fully explained what was wrong. Really nice bloke and have already recommended a friend to go who is having a similar problem. Highly recommended”

“Had an excellent stay. The bedroom was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with thick towels. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant with great service and a superb breakfast the following morning. All the staff were very lovely, helpful and friendly.”
