Ever-changing artist displays in an ambient environment 7 days a week with the chance to meet local artists as well and learn from them. And if you like the sound of clicking floorboards this is also the place to be. Fanfare the common man as Copland would say. Oh and did I mention the sapient Gardens outside? No? Well you've got thst as well - a place to reflect in peace.”

“Chris was very informative and helpful. He knew his stuff about Parker Knoll Furniture! We ordered the sofa and chair and he and Amanda delivered it the next day. It looks so lovely in my lounge. As soon as it was in my lounge my dog jumped on it and loved it. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be calling in the shop again in the future for other goods. Highly recommended. “Corey has been a member of Stage and Screen since March when he joined part way through the rehearsals for The Sound of Music having been cast as the role of Max. We honestly can not speak highly enough of Sophie and Matt and all the staff at Stage and screen. They have nurtured and encouraged Corey to be the best he can be on stage whilst making every weekly session enjoyable. The end of year performance of The Sound of Music was just amazing, super professional with great casting and so much talent! I would also like to add that Corey has made a great group of new friends who have the same common interest and champion/encourage eachother along the way. Corey absolutely loves going to rehearsals and can not wait to be part of the next show Legally Blonde whilst also being part of the stage and screen community. I can not thank you enough for giving Corey a great platform to continue his love of performing in musical theatre.”

“I bought chicken wings and chicken pad thai. It’s made fresh whilst you can watch. So make sure you are ready for the smell to go all over you. Lol. The portions are HUGE. Price is so unbelievably reasonable. Food is yummy! It’s Halal.”

“We had breakfast today at Royal Restaurant they gave us a delightful experience with its great service. The menu features both traditional and contemporary cuisine making it a wonderful choice for ANY occasion. The flavours are well balanced and the presentation is visually appealing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and great taken care of. We ordered Aloo Tikki Sandwich OMG super hit trust me was delicious and we had omelette and paratha that was delicious too authentic plus crispy not oily at all... I We will definitely be coming back here again and would recommend this place to anybody.”

“Absolutely delicious food. Everything we ordered was spot on. Friendly staff who make you feel very comfortable and are very helpful. They do have outdoor seating which will be good for wheelchair and pram user's and the have toilets as well. You must try this vegetarian place. I will definitely be returning.”

“Indian Affair is hands down my favourite spot for Indian food in Chorlton - I come here regularly and always leave full & happy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. My go-to order is Butter Chicken with their garlic naan and perfectly cooked pilau rice. The Lamb Nihari is another favourite - rich, tender and a great portion size! And if you love street food-style starters, the Samosa Chaat is a must-try. On top of the amazing food, the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get. Whether you’re dining in or getting a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

“This place is not only a Gem of Chorlton but also a serious contender for the best Indian food in a very wide radius... Their Lamb karahi is the best I've tasted and I've eaten alot of karahi. Super tender lamb & loaded with flavour! Friendly staff & food that makes your belly happy, what more can you ask for! 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to recommend & already can't wait for the next time we visit!”

They have a small parking which was full when we got there on Sat evening, we had to find on-street parking elsewhere. Though we got a table just fine without reservation”

I have been a regular there for the last 5y and it never disappointed. Take the trip, enjoy a superb cup of coffee and a lush cake!”

“An interesting presentation at Hallé St Peter's,held during Japan week in Manchester. We learned about the Hallé connection with Japan with musicians & conductors. After which there was a Samurai display in the grounds infront of the Makers Market. An excellent day.”

“Had a 2 night stay here for exploring the local attractions, the hosts are very Friendly and knowledgeable. A good choice of breakfast items that the cook for you fresh, good quality food too. The local pub just a short walk away has excellent dining for a relaxing evening too.”

“Recently moved into Anaconda, we dealt with Elle Jones from start to finish and she made it really easy. Always available to answer any questions and she provided a lot of information and photos etc about the apartment we were taking. Would absolutely recommend this building to anyone moving!”

“Beautiful scenery, there were a little rocky/sandy beach too. Lovely day out. We walked about 5 miles. It has ups and downs, so the surface is not flat which we liked. There was a pay and display carpark but the security didn't let us in as it was full. We parked up the road. Free of charge. Went in beginning of August.”

“Stunning walk along canal and locks down towards Aqueduct and Viaduct. Some steep parts if you want to go under both. Nice and clean unmolested by rubbish.”
