“Went to this salon today for the first time and Jess cut my hair, dont think I've ever had a better salon experience. Firstly as someone neurodivergent the atmosmosphere is lovely and isnt overwhelming, Jess took the time to talk to me so I had time to process what it is I wanted and checked in with me throughout the entire style to make sure I was still happy. Outside of that she let me sit in silence so I was able to relax without feeling pressure to socialise. She was really friendly and supportive and made the entire experience really calming. On top of that I love the hair style, she fully understood what I was after even though I'm not great at explaining it and the hair do felt really customised to my face shape and style.
