After having a look the mechanic took time out of his day to carefully explain why the noise was occurring and how it was no cause for concern. She listened to my requirements, offered suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my pamper session, particularly the scalp massage during the conditioner application...so relaxing!
