“I had a wonderful experience at Adore Salon. It was dreary day which soon turned around when I was warmly greeted by Adeline and Spiro. My hair was washed with great care and then while having it trimmed I was offered a warm beverage which was greatly appreciated after being soaked from the rain outside. Then dried and styled, I am truly pleased with how my hair looks. Adeline listened to how I wanted it and checked to make sure I was happy each step of the way. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. “The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“The FOH Magda and Jack are amazing and super helpful whenever I need anything. Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Other than that and a couple of service charge issues, I’ve no complaints! Super nice building to live in with really nice sociable people. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.”

“Just got back from an overnight stay with my 8 year old autistic son. My sons special interest is vehicles of any description, I mentioned this when booking the room and asked if we could possibly be overlooking either a road or train station. Our room was perfect, he was blown away, we could see trains, trams, buses cars the whole shabang! The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, understanding of my son and his needs, nothing has been too much trouble. We enjoyed the pool, had room service and ate at the breakfast buffet. All fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, the staff and location are perfect.”

This was the perfect solution, the salon is attached to her home so its not a busy full of people salon. Shes also lovely and explained everything, including how to do the make-up on my brows (because I'm absolutely useless). Highly recommend!”
