“Fantastic Sales staff and fabulous delivery service. The staff at Robin Hood Beds take pride in their business and are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. They encourage you to lie on the different mattresses for your liking and preference and will recommend the various types to suit your needs. The delivery was within 8 days of ordering my mattress and the men were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took their shoes off and removed the packaging from the mattress and took my old mattress and the packaging away with them. I have given my mattress a couple of days to 'breathe' before I slept in it, as it does have a smell but I cannot wait to sleep on it tonight!”

Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10”

“I had an appointment scheduled with goldsmith to be added to a waiting list, and decided to visit the store a bit earlier to browse. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Deivy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He proactively consulted with specialists, brought out additional pieces for me to try, and was attentive and patient throughout. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. “I wanted to just leave a thank you for Hammad Shaheen (hotel manager) / anyone else others the who send my lost property back to me when I'd left it behind. This hotel isn't glitz and glam, its price represents what you're getting, we stayed on new years day, 5 people in the group paid on average £43pp, in Manchester you just can't find those prices. As long as we had a bed we were happy. On the other hand in our particular room it had a tv, kettle, iron, etc, it was more than well equipped for the price. I would say if you book this hotel you need to be happy with a 'rough around the edges' sort of hotel experience, don't be expecting what you get or hilton or of the big chains - I've stayed in some fancier places but most of the time I'm out the room, All said and done it got the job done for us, and if you're not spending £££ don't expect some 4 star hotel experience. Price represents what you get. On the other hand if the price is similar to more luxurious bookings and you want that, definitely choose other options.”
