My initial thought was to buy a new one but I'm so glad I didn't. This is the second piece of work I've had done and both times I have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality and price. The third piece is in the pipeline. Cassie's customer service and advice have been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

It is warm when needs to be, clean, tidy and bathroom and kitchen area are maintained to good standards. Other people use the rooms and it is a respectful community of professionals working as privately as possible. Would recommend using this space”

“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“The reception staff went above and beyond when handling my concerns during initial phone calls, arranging my appointment and on my visit. Helen, the vet, is well known to me as both knowledgeable and caring. She is the reason I use this practice and she didn’t disappoint. She diagnosed, reassured and prescribed as needed and was both caring to Betty (my dog) and reassuring regarding my concerns. One couldn’t ask for more and I would highly recommend this practice to any caring owner of pets,”

“After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. The pizzas are fantastic, especially the ones that use local ingredients (previously the thought of black pudding turned my stomach but thanks to the use of the local version here, I'm a convert!). Only had a brew and a cake but it’s spacious, light and airy, with nice, big booths and a sunny back yard (looks like a good set up for DJ’s too) Coffee was good, sweet stuff was from Silver Apples, so pretty familiar and more than decent quality. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely head back and try some proper food and drinks soon”

Steve the manager is really friendly and is happy to discuss pricing or any other product related matter (and great to banter with as well!) as well as Lauren and Nat who go out of their way to help me out when the customer wants me to fit them their doors yesterday. Nick (and Ollie) are great too in the warehouse and run a really afficiant ship out there comes rain or shine. I can't think of another local business that is so driven and trade orientated then my local prestwich branch, keep it up!”
