“This is one of our local go-to places and it kept us sane throughout the autumn and spring lockdowns. Great coffee and friendly service, top tunes and now toasties and also booze! What's not to like? The seating is outdoors but some of it is covered and they have blankets for when it's cold. Top marks!”

“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! “Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”

“I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. This shop is a gem, it has the loveliest shopkeepers who are so passionate about their vintage wares :-) This is a must visit whenever I’m in Stockport, there’s always something new and the shop goes on forever! You’ll find things you didn’t know you needed but can’t leave without. Pictured is a gorgeous Picture Post magazine I bought! They have a great little collection of these in the centre floors of the shop along with lots of vintage literature, postcards and trinkets!”

She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. The store offers a fantastic selection, and I always end up purchasing more than I originally planned due to the tempting variety available. In this occasion was on the hunt for my kid party bag fillers which was themed SPA & Pampering, the good value for money face and feet masks plus the lipsticks and nail varnishes were a hit and good value for money!”

“Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
