“I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. “What a wonderful place to be poorly in - having had a terrible experience earlier in the year at 'another hospital' in the next Borough I can't praise the Team in A+ E enough. Particularly Katie Frost in Reception, Marius, Oliver and Babatunde for their kindness and respect shown to my Brother - who had a nasty fall due to his Parkinson's - through to Dr Alasdair Marshall who again was so professional and personable. We arrived by Ambulance at 2pm and it felt like checking into a Hotel - even waiting until 10pm for the Doctor to be able to see Chris we never felt neglected or dismissed. Thank you showing that kindness, patience and understanding goes a very long way to make a horrible experience that bit easier Amanda - Sister of Patient Wednesday August 13th”

“I attended A&E twice this week in a lot of pain. On the second visit early in the morning when the issue was properly identified the support was fantastic Every single individual was so friendly and comforting. It is not easy being in pain and not properly understanding why so that, for me, was very stressful. But thank you all at Macc A&E.”

“I just want to say thank you to the vets for taking care of my buddy Ozzy on his last night on this cosmic rock. I live up in Newcastle so sadly I was not down here when my parents took him in. However I came to collect his ashes today and it made me happy to see how much the staff cared about everyone’s pals who get brought in and the love they have for pets even if it was a short interaction, I am glad he was in loving hands at the end. Thank you for the card and paw prints too it means a lot to me and my family who are spread around the world who couldn’t be here at this time. I know he visited a few times over the years, he was always taken great care of. Finally thank you for the beautiful packaging of the ashes, I will be taking them up north to the cliffs he was last with all of my family. “Lovely place, having its own separate entrance, spacious room, very comfortable bed, clean and cosy, nice and quiet location. 5min walk from the village. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night as we attended a wedding but we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“First class experience for my shoulder injection. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Both Nic and Nina in the Admin team were unbelievably helpful in arranging everything! Dr Gupta assisted by Beverley doing the procedure were exceptional, they chatting through everything as it happened, took the time to explain everything and very reassuring.
