Unbelievably knowledgeable on what must really be a pretty dull subject, but he’s never failed to be competitive with quality insurance policies. We’ve made 3 claims over the years that One and All have handled our fleet policy, and 2 theft claims on our business insurance. All have been paid out quickly and efficiently (and without massive loadings on the following renewal). You can maybe find an online policy a couple of quid cheaper, but the most expensive policy you will ever buy is the one that’s full of loopholes and doesn’t pay out when you need it. Great service, always going above and beyond.”
