She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. “Always had positive experiences with this GP surgery. Everyone from admin staff to nurses to doctors have all been lovely and very helpful. I have been in face to face for appointments as well as use their online system and had telephone appointments. All of which I found easy to use and was seen quickly. Just recently I submitted an appointment request online and thought it would all be sorted online (previously I was asked to send photos prior to medication being prescribed. I had tonsillitis and this way is usually easy and quick). But I was asked to come in on the day which was a nice surprise. The doctor was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!”
