“Our dog had a mysterious limp which turned out to be elbow dysplasia. We had a few appointments with Steve at MVS referred over from our usual vet. Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. We’d definitely go back. Shout out to the friendly staff on reception too, who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.”

We felt very fortunate to have a surgeon so outstandingly skilled and experienced as Prof Grey. He took time to explain our options very clearly so my husband felt able to make well-informed choices about his treatment. Prof Grey was always positive and caring which lifted our spirits throughout. Prof Grey's secretary, Nicola, was tremendous: always approachable and very efficient; often a detailed letter summarising our discussions and next steps would have popped up in our email by the time we had arrived home from our consultation. We highly recommend Prof Grey and the Manchester Urology Group.”

“Just had my first ever flu jab and from booking to receiving the jab within 24 hours was a seamless amazing service. Generally the practice is well run although I find the booking system frustrating. I wish I could just message/email the practice anytime of day to ask for an appointment. Restrictions on doing this is a shame. With modern day pressure on the NHS I’d say they are a good practice”

“Rang on Thursday to see if they had a prescription item in stock. The pharmacy at our doctor’s surgery said it would be Monday. The staff went out of their way to find a supplier who had stock and chase it up on Friday to try and get a Friday delivery. Fortunately it arrived Friday afternoon. Thank you. Staff from both branches spoke to each other to do their best to assist with other items.”
