“Came here for our anniversary meal and it honestly was the best meal we have had! The staff were incredible throughout the night, and whilst we didn’t get their names, the young, blonde lady and the middle aged, olive skinned gentleman who served us a glass of bubbly each were amazing. The food is to die for and trust me you will not be going hungry when you leave. Thank you for making our night an unforgettable experience!”

I got the option that lets you try 3 dishes in one meal, as well as their beef and vegetable momos. I highly recommend the broccoli stir fry! “We visited for the first time on Saturday 8th November 2025 and we were served by Simona. She couldn’t have been more attentive. The service provided was excellent and right up there with the food. I had the arancini and the carbonara with sides of tenderstem broccoli and rocket. My partner had the scarpetta and lasagne. We both really enjoyed the food, particularly the dishes I picked. Simona kindly made me aware that the carbonara was traditional and not cooked with cream, which is what I expected but I do know people who have eaten a version of “carbonara” with cream who would definitely appreciate this information for their knowledge and to be aware of what they were ordering. Despite our table being booked for 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant being very busy, we did not wait long to be served or for our food to come out. It was all well presented and perfectly cooked. I’ve already recommended a number of people to visit since our meal and we will definitely return next time we’re in Manchester.”

“Had a wonderful experience this morning. Ruby welcomed me with a smile and suggested an addition to my order which was phenomenal. Carlos brought my full order to my table and made sure I had everything I needed. Catherine bused the dishes from my table when I was finished and ensured I was satisfied with everything. I had a lovely conversation with all three of them after I was finished and left feeling very thankful this was the coffee shop I chose while I was in town for a day. “Relaxed little place, absolute gem for sushi, and I have to callout the cocktails - they're so affordable and are yummy. I've been here so many times now with different friends and even just once for a few cocktails. Always been excellent. Absolutely addicted to the salmon sashimi bowl, my definite go to. The platters are amazingly worth it (I used to live in London so...), portion size was SO GOOD, quality SO GOOD (see pics) Never get hot food here so can't really comment but can confirm it smells and looks yummy.”

“Very good service from the waiters. The food is pretty good. The fried chicken has a lovely coating and is very crispy with very juicy meat underneath. The coconut rice is fragrant with coconut but also it is not sticky. A very interesting texture I don't usually have. The sambal taste amazing. Lovely flavours of the anchovies. The chicken satay was the best I had so far compared to the supermarket stuff. Proper char and the peanut sauce taste great. I'm really happy that the sambal was not spicy not because I can't tolerate spice but it's because I can taste the flavours. Not a criticism but the price is very high. So if you got the money, go for it.”

“I was dubious about the treatment and wanted to wait a few weeks before I did a review. Firstly Keran, the nurse who did my treatment was amazing! Put me at ease straight away and was really easy to talk to! The treatment itself was a little more painful than I expected, but bearable. After 2 weeks I was noticing a difference in my symptoms and they are continuing to improve! I will definitely have another treatment if/when needed. “I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

“If you’re a pasta lover and need an event catered - CHOOSE TIGELLAE! They are amazing!! Laura was so easy to contact and made us feel so calm and confident in our choices leading up to our wedding, and they did not disappoint! The food was incredible- pasta alla Norma and wild boar ragu, followed by a monster dessert buffet. Everyone loved it. Everyone was full. He was brilliant from start to finish with clear communication pre event and then helped us to create structure during the evening to ensure the event ran smooth. “My son has been learning the electric guitar at The Music Shed for over two years. The teaching is absolutely first class and he is now a very accomplished musician. He plays in one of their many bands, which has increased his confidence, team working skills and playing ability massively. The school is run by Dave and Dawn who work tirelessly to give all students the best possible learning opportunities and organise events, gigs and radio appearances to showcase what they can do. Perhaps most importantly, the school has a family feel and takes its role in the community very seriously. It is inclusive of all backgrounds and works with children, young people and adults with disabilities. The school has had a huge impact on the community in Eccles and Salford. I can't speak highly enough about the school - you won't find a better place in Salford to learn a musical instrument or take vocal lessons.”

“We were so excited for our wedding flowers in the lead up to the wedding and they did not disappoint! All communication with Hollie running up to the day was a breeze, even when MOB and MOG couldn't decide what colours they wanted their corsages to be! Nothing was a problem. I've also never seen such an array of flower species all in one bundle before! Hollie also managed to source tulips, in August! (Dutch background, so this was incredible), which we never expected to be possible. Hollie was with us bright and early on the day, gave clear instructions, and set up the venue perfectly. The flowers were so beautiful, we can't thank her enough! We hope to return to Hollie again one day. Huge thank you Jan & Kate Harmens”
