“I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Staff member Sam was so patient and lovely with my daughter. “This family jewellers have been a pleasure to deal with, every time I’ve used them. Alex is a trusted expert and has a real talent for what he does and Heather is super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I’ve had two sets of diamond earrings made by Alex and I’ve also had my diamond ring taken apart and reset. Alex is super knowledgable and advised throughout the process, using CAD as a design tool which allowed us to see and sign off the ring prior to it being created. All work has been finished in a timely manner and to the highest quality. Highly recommend and thank you for my beautiful pieces !”

“Well overdue and well deserved 5*! After discovering Symone via instagram, she worked with me to create my dream tattoo. Throughout the process, Symone was super responsive, providing updates along the way and always kept me in the loop with her design progress and creative ideas. The studio is gorgeous, a super relaxed space where I felt comfortable and safe. Symone answered all my (probably annoying) questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. 3 day sittings later I have a gorgeous, permanent art piece and I will be back for more. “Well where to start…. Everything about Randalls is amazing and believe me when I say they all go the extra mile to make your experience the best you can possibly get! The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. “What can I say about this place! It's an unassuming studio but once you walk in you get welcomed with an offer of a brew and made to feel comfortable from the off. I had my tattoo from laura but every artist was happy to talk and made you feel inclusive of their studio. Excellent craic, top notch artists, spotlessly clean.
