“I am so pleased a neighbour recommended Kancho as we'd been looking for a kitchen fitter for almost 2 years. Kancho was great right from the start. He arrived with a designer and electrician and within a couple of days we had the first design. Our original kitchen was awkward which limited our design options but Kancho was able to overcome these issues and was prepared to customise some of the units to give us as much storage as possible. We made some changes to the design and we soon had the perfect kitchen on paper. The installation went very well, even though there were issues along the way (uneven walls etc), but Kancho being Kancho was always optimistic, enthusiastic and never appeared stressed. We love our new kitchen and it matches the plans. We never thought it would be possible but we've got our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Kancho for his professionalism, great chats/attitude and integrity!! Kancho, if you're reading this, feel free to pop over whenever you're in the area, there will always be a Latte with 3 sugars here for you :-)”

“Our stay at Hyatt House Manchester was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”

Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”

Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay!
