“Moved into a new place last month. When I picked up the keys Sunday night it was ewww icky. The landlord and I agreed to split the cleaning fee because I wanted it really clean. In a rush? Finding someone in a Sunday night for Monday morning? What? Impossible! Nope. I was able to book online, they confirmed and we're here on time. We had a mother daughter team and they were funny and friendly and cleaned like...well, like I can only do on speed. Truth! So instead of rehab, I left it to the professionals.”

“We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The room was clean & spacious & good amenities. It is an old building, not fancy & steep staircases but if you are ok with this then it's a great place to stay. All the staff in the hotel & down in the pub are brilliant, very welcoming & accommodating & they obviously get on well. Our breakfast was included as we booked direct & we got 20% off food & drinks at other times. The food was very nice & large portions. Excellent location especially if you're at an event at the AO Arena.”

“10/10 - The Stay Inn Manchester is everything you want from a budget hotel, but much, much more. Right on the doorstep of the City Centre, and very affordable. Where this ‘Budget’ Hotel differs from others in the field, is that this one is supremely well run, with an array of truly fantastic staff, for who, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for two weeks during a difficult house move, and The Stay Inn Manchester bent over backwards to accommodate us, and help us during this very busy time. Friendly - Clean - Fantastic. “Having just bought a new house we noticed that the carpets were really mucky, the previous owner must have never taken his shoes off and encouraged his rugby team mates to wander through! I thought options replace the carpet "cash was short" get someone into have a look and went for the latter and was really happy they turned up on time and really friendly and helpful. Did an amazing clean to the extent we found the real colour again and generally amazing service!”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

The building quality has been good in my experience, and I find the location very convenient for everyday life. It’s generally quiet — I’ve never heard the loud plumbing or shower noises mentioned in other comments.
