“I am so impressed with the quality, comfort and service. We bought the Newbury sofa + pouffe in Avelino fabric and we're finally comfortable for the first time in 6 years. We went to the showroom twice to sit on it and it was a very chilled experience as no one was hassling us like in other stores. We waited 7 weeks and it was a very straightforward experience; the deposit and the remainder before delivery. The sofa was very competitively priced too. Absolutely chuffed with it.”

We were greeted at the door by a young female and she didn't do any hard sell, very knowledgeable about the products but most importantly she was patient, kind and compassionate with dad making sure he got what was most suitable for his needs. “Recently had a Titan 2 Bed frame delivered by TVBedStore, Mark and his colleague dropped off the bed and took it up the stairs. They worked extremely hard to get it up but unfortunately new builds don’t allow enough room to get the frame up! With a bit of patience and persistent from the pair, they managed to get the frame up the stairs and into our Bedroom. Mark set the Bed frame up and put our televisions in it. The service Mark has provided along the way has been nothing shy of spectacular. Not only would I recommend the prices advertised by this company, but also the service provided is phenomenal. Can’t recommend this company enough, they will do everything within their power to get your bed into the correct position. (Just make sure you measure the route to the room to make sure it goes, some of these beds are gigantic).”

“They’ve started doing burger deliveries and the burgers are fantastic! Think 5 guys meets GBK. I got a double Eminem burger, it came slightly pink in the middle...just how I like it. I’ll be satisfying all my burger cravings from here for now on! Chips were also nice, draught beer vacation was lovely. I’ll give the halloumi fries a miss next time they weren’t great - my only complaint”

“I visited the store in Trafford Palazzo for the first time and met with Mr Jacob. I found a great deal and services from him. He was very friendly and approachable. He gave us ample time to look around ourselves before explaining about the different ranges and quality of products. The store itself was beautifully designed with a wide variety of furniture. “Working with Chris, Suzy and the team at Byles of Marple was an absolute pleasure, from the first time we walked in to the showroom to the day Richard walked out of our house at the completion of the job. Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”

“Walked in during a rainy day and didn’t wait to get a seat. The food here is fantastic! We had a steak sampler and had a chance to try all their three types of steaks. Sirloin is juicy and fatty while fillet is lean and tender! Our kid ordered a meal too, he’s main highlight is the brownie with ice cream. Although the Google indicate closing at 11, I overheard that they close at 10, just note that.”

“I ordered the Lincoln Table with 4 leather chairs, chairs arrived straight away with no issues but unfortunately when the table arrived a week later it was damaged - the box had also been damaged in transit. I contacted the company straight away who apologised and arranged for another table to sent, unfortunately the table was damaged again when I received it although not as badly. Sally arranged for a third table to be sent by private courier and took the second table away. I can honestly say the level of customer service has been excellent, I was contacted and updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service or products I have received. I would definitely buy from them in the future and would hope to actually go to the shop when possible.”
