“Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. No hesitation in giving a 5☆ rating”

Pushed my car with me behind the wheel to get it parked up outside my house. Honestly would give more stars if I could. “Popped in to the local Lidl which because of Tesco, asda and Aldi being closer, just never got round to going to Lidl. It's on Broadway next to McDonald's and there's plenty of parking and is easy to get to. Entering the store, there are donuts and croissants displayed on the right with fruits on the left. I found the store very spacious and not busy so managed to wander around freely. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and always smiling. Prices are reasonable but not many offers like you would get in Tesco or Asda. The place I would say is close to the design of Aldi. They also have little cute trolleys for the children which I think is a nice touch. Didn't see any bathroom inside but there's McDonald's across the road so can always use bathrooms there if needed. Will make an effort to come here more often.”

“Even though we have moved out of Chadderton we still always use this takeaway to get a set meal for 3 (which feeds 4 easily, with leftovers, and is very reasonably priced at £30 odd). The food is well cooked and fresh. It's the best Chinese takeaway I have had. The only slight quibble is that it would be amazing if they could have a few gluten free options, the lady on the phone did not seem to understand the term 'gluten free' and so my coeliac brother in law had to make do with a gluten free egg fried rice and chicken from Mabel's Chippy Middleton via Ubereats, and the chicken was nice but the egg fried rice was flavourless, and it cost as much as our entire set meal for 3!”

“Had a lovely stay including dinner and breakfast. Food was great, we had the roast dinner which was fantastic value for money at £13.95 a head. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food at the buffet. My only, very personal, preference would have been to have more egg options as I didn’t fancy the scrambled eggs and there wasn’t any other option but the rest was delicious and plentiful. Lastly, but definitely not least were the friendly, helpful staff who really made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend the Boat & Horses hotel too as the rooms are big, well appointed and the beds really, really comfy. Well worth a stop off.”
