“The team at Gartside are amazing. Dr. Bhatt and the team provide high quality care and will clearly explain your options and possible outcomes. I’ve had issues with one tooth for a while and am happy with the conservative approach that’s been taken with it. When I told the hygienist Saarah that I didn’t love the ultrasonic scalers, she was really considerate and it was one of the best cleanings I’ve had. The facilities are clean and modern, all staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also like how you can contact the office via WhatsApp.”

“Don’t believe the bad reviews. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good value, location is good. Tram stop behind pub. Very convenient. Lovely pub serving food across the road beside tram stop. Avoid the pizzeria next door to hotel. Good car park just seconds from reception. Shortage of power sockets in rooms, bring a power strip. Lovely staff. I will return.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating my sister’s birthday! I initially came across the restaurant on Google while searching for gluten-free options, and I love how it caters so thoughtfully to people with allergies. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Huge thanks especially to Salvador, he went above and beyond to explain gluten-free options and made the evening truly memorable. The restaurant’s decor, the cake, and the food created a warm, celebratory atmosphere. My sister was submitting her master’s thesis on the same day and wasn’t initially in a celebratory mood, but the team made the day unforgettable. I had the Spaghetti Aragosta e Gamberoni and asked for extra chili and a slice of lemon, and Ericka provided it quickly with a friendly, helpful attitude, her service was great as well. Compliments to the chef too: my sister had the gluten- free pizza and said it was the best she’s ever had! Thank you again, Salvador, we will definitely be back. It’s service like this that makes places truly memorable!”

“Good location. Staff are friendly. Discount parking for the multi story car park-£11 for 24 hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Free of charge for late check out which is superb so I could get a quick shower after ran the Manchester half! Dog friendly hotel. Love it! My dog enjoyed the view.”

“Super workplace coffee shop in Exchange Quay. Easy to drop in for coffee with a group - never a long wait and very quick service. Great quality coffee, and 50p off when using a reusable coffee cup. Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

I primarily interact with Kelsie, Laura, and Florin, who consistently go above and beyond to assist me with various property-related matters. Even when I am unable to personally visit the development to aid a tenant, all three of them willingly step in to help in my absence, despite it not being mandatory for them to do so. I am genuinely grateful for their dedication and proactive support. Their efforts have truly made the process seamless and stress-free for me. “Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Had to book last minute, as a previous letting agent cancelled. I was sent check-in instructions promptly and had no issues checking in myself (there is no reception desk but they send you very clear instructions on how to self-checkin). The room was spotless clean (kudos to the cleaning and maintenance team). Everything you could possibly need was available inside, from tea/coffee, microwave/oven, fridge, basic cutlery, etc. There was TV and free wifi too. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“10/10 - The Stay Inn Manchester is everything you want from a budget hotel, but much, much more. Right on the doorstep of the City Centre, and very affordable. Where this ‘Budget’ Hotel differs from others in the field, is that this one is supremely well run, with an array of truly fantastic staff, for who, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for two weeks during a difficult house move, and The Stay Inn Manchester bent over backwards to accommodate us, and help us during this very busy time. Friendly - Clean - Fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend this Hotel to you.”

“It’s a great place to live. I’ve been renting in Riverview for 3 years now. I live in a one bedroom and find the apartment to be a decent size with stunning views ✨ Affinity has also a good sense of community, people are very friendly and there’s so many dogs which is brilliant. I’ve had only pleasant experiences with the staff, they’ve always been helpful with my parcels or enquiries. Love living here!”

“The first plus is the service. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, polite and generous with their time!! The room we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable! We slept very well! The neighborhood is very nice. Avenues lined with mature trees and attractive houses. 15 minutes to airport without extra traffic. 7 minutes by car, into adorable town with great and varied restaurant options! Oh, and affordable for this retired couple.”
