“I had the best shopping experience with amazing customer service from a lady called Sultana!! I arrived assuming the gift hamper I saw online would be in store but she explained that they have to be pre-ordered. Gutted, I just began to browse but Sultana found me to explain I could buy a gift box (£3) from the store and fill it with things in the store to mimic the gift hamper!! We filled it with little booties, clothes, a blanket, and toy! She helped me choose things and recommended different colours and sizes (eg 0-3 months rather than 1 month outfits as babies grow fast which I hadn’t considered). Just brilliant and a lifesaver on this shopping trip! Then she stuffed the gift box with tissue paper, placed the items in to show me what it would look like and I added another item to fill it completely, and then she signed me up for their membership. She was super patient as well as I take a long time to choose things. She also explained “Gift Receipts” to me which meant if they clothes were too small my friends could exchange it. Sultana really saved me as I was going to see my friend’s baby immediately after!! Can NOT thank this woman enough!! Thank you!! Thank you!! They loved ALL the choices!!”

Staff were really friendly and helped me with an exchange - they talked me through what to find where in store and kept my baby curious while I searched. They even advised on parking, which can be tricky in Knutsford. A great first experience in store, I'll definitely be back.”

“I love to shop around here to fill in my basket with clothes of best quality it isn't the expensive brand of clothing but best for the quality of clothes and life of a cloth remains good even after many washes. Amazing variety for the season is out and the cleanliness and shop floor is tidy as it should be. With staff on hand for support was very helpful and have a lift to get baby to shop upstairs easily.”

“I recently called at Next (Handforth Dean) to collect an order. The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. Within 5 minutes she’d come and found us in the cafe and given me the parcel. Amazing service , thank you !”

He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. “If you’re in Media City this shop is definitely worth a visit. It is an Outlet store so you will see some of the clothing you’d find in the bigger stores on the high street but much cheaper. I am happy to say they usually have my size too which isn’t always the case in outlet stores. I have put a couple of photos up but they don’t really do the place justice. If you’re in Media City it’s worth popping in even if you’re not looking for anything in particular because there are loads of clothes here. The staff are unfailing polite and helpful and there is a car park attached to the shopping mall here. Thanks for reading”
