“I had a couple of guinness. No food. Didnt see they had Murphys until late so i will be back for a pint of that They have tayto Great atmosphere here, people enjoying the craic or watching the GAA. I visited this pub when it was the Tavern. I wrote a bad review amd critised whoever was running it, as it seems like a nice wee spot. The new people who have taken it over have put some love into this. Well done. I went in with low expectations and was proved utterly wrong. I cant understand how they can offer a free buffett. I would urge you to give this place a go.”

“We have ordered food from Great Indian kitchen quite a number of times and have always been a happy customer. We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

You can immediately tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about both the quality of the coffee and the experience of everyone who walks in. Oli in particular has this effortless way of making the space feel welcoming, friendly, and his attentiveness is very wholesome. He remembers people’s preferences, checks in with guests thoughtfully, and the whole atmosphere runs smoothly under his watch. “What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”

“Very impressed. Visited on a Sunday and took advantage of the 'Sunday Offer' menu which is £15.95 for two courses. Considering the size and quality of the meals this really is fantastic value. All food was excellent. Special mention to the girls waiting on, who were friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”
