“Perfect location for T2 … across the road, 2 minute walk and within a short 5 minute journey on the free shuttle bus to the excellent drop and go parking service A special mention to Lauren part of the Holiday Inn reception team who was very efficient, friendly and provided a first class service! A credit to the “HI Man Airport” team !!! Hotel spotless, modern and well stocked rooms … have stayed next door at Ibis (which is also a great hotel!) but for an extra £30 on this stay brekkie was included. They also have a happy hour on selected drinks and discount on food A great place to relax night before travels without the early morning stress … thanks Holiday Inn!”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

(Apologies didnt catch the other fellas name) Give the night staff a payrise - they even opened the door for us and helped with our luggage. Dont expect that kind of service from a Travelodge. Very respectful staff. Check out was brilliant. Free kit kat from the staff. Bargain price and a decent bed!! Thanks.”

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

“We had to take our cat for an emergency appointment and this place was suggested on our vet's website, since this place was open after hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could, no appointment needed. The facilities were good. A really great idea in dividing the waiting areas for dogs and cats, so less disruption. The cat waiting area even offered blankets to cover baskets if we had a nervous cat, lovely touch. Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep, but the vet that we had informed us of our options, respectful to us and our cat, and the process. He really helped us through it all and what to do next. The reception staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful.”

“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. I am now booked in for a long over due check up and to have some extra work scheduled. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive of my fear.”

“Excellent nail technician and a pleasure to sit with. Hayley is a total professional, any design done free hand, can match an outfit to your nails, can advise a different design for any occasion, her ideas are mind blowing.... even 'holiday' nails too! I have never seen my design on anyone else, even on a cruise of over 3 thousand people, yet i'm always asked who has done them. To say a single mum, with a busy workload & trains others can make your appointment a pleasure is nothing short of an achievement, long may she reign! And thank you for every time, design and the laughs we have. ❤️”

“First come across Pete after somebody recommending him to me as he is mainly a Pet transporter after I got my first pup and other taxi firms frowned upon it. Quick speedy pick up and got us to our destination quickly whilst making us feel at ease. Nothing is too much bother and he is a genuine lovely man who provides a personal service as he remembers you and your furry friend(s) .Another time I needed Pete to take me to the vets, he unfortunately wasn't available but sorted me a Taxi out with one of his friends at a different firm that didn't mind transporting dogs. Love Pete and will always use him! Highly recommend.”

I've not used a larger day care before and so was slightly nervous about whether he'd be ok and manage in this environment. Olivia and her team have been fully supportive with this and that's been a hugely appreciated. Kobe can't wait to get in to spend the day with his new pals and comes home happy. “We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

“Had to get several vaccinations for my travels and didn’t know where to start. Ahmed made this process really easy and supported me through which vaccinations are advised for the areas I am travelling to. He was also very kind, reassuring and patient as I have a huge phobia of needles! Won’t be going anywhere else for my vaccinations again- highly recommend. All staff were lovely at Denton Pharmacy.”

“We were very nervous leaving our spaniel as we've never used kennels with our other dogs. Recommended by a relative, what can we say! An absolutely fantastic set up, the owners and staff are amazing, you can tell straight away they really care. Facilities immaculate and we've now started putting our new maltipoo with them. Highly recommended and more importantly you can see how good they are the minute you drive up to the gates.”

“I was welcomed by friendly staff and made to feel really comfortable. When going through for my assessment the staff we're brilliant. They explained in detail what was wrong with my tooth and what they suggested was best for me everything including the price was told to me before going ahead with the procedure. Cannot fault them at all. I have never felt so comfortable within a dentist chair. 100% would recommend.”
