“This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.”

“I cannot recommend this kennel enough! After a two week stay, the dogs came back just as happy as when I left them and in perfect condition. The owners have been amazing by supporting my dogs complex medical requirements and I ensuring all of her needs have been met. They couldn’t have done more. I over booked the dogs stay by one night by mistake and I turned up earlier than expected. Both dogs were handed back to us with all their belongings clean and looked after within minutes and nothing damaged. It’s important to say that I had a very poor experience with a local kennel last year so I was very concerned about leaving my dog this year. After they’d stayed in the previous local kennels, both my dog and my parents dog came back in very bad condition and had lost a lot of weight due to “stress” even though all their food had gone and a lot of their belongings damaged/missing. This year however in the hands of Mount View Farm it was a COMPLETELY different story. So if you’re going away and worried about leaving your dog… you don’t have to in the hands of Mount View Farm. Thank you so much and I’ll be using your kennel services again.”

“I can’t thank Yew Tree Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Buddy. He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. Her kindness, skill, and compassion made a difficult experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided – Buddy is recovering well thanks to them. “I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. We collected a very happy, healthy kitten who had grown immensely in just one week, to the extent whereby his cat carrier broke under the pressure of his growth, but the staff very kindly gave us one of their own to transport him safely home.
