“Purchased a sofa yesterday. Never been to a Sofology store before. Will initially greeted us said how the store works, then we left to have a look around. We found a sofa we liked and Will took us the rest of the way. Really friendly and easy to speak to so 10/10 for Will. Looking forward to receiving our sofa in due course. Only bit of feedback is to Sofology as a company. Sort out the delivery price I think it’s expensive. Also look at removing the old sofa too.”

“I’ve been living here for 4 years and haven’t experienced most of the issues mentioned. The building quality has been good in my experience, and I find the location very convenient for everyday life. It’s generally quiet — I’ve never heard the loud plumbing or shower noises mentioned in other comments. My flat is bright and comfortable, and regular cleaning and care really help keep things in good condition.”

They were so helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and recommending the right next steps for me, including an X-ray and a blood test. I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. “I was very wary that this place was a scam but I can assure you that no hard sale was given and all promises were kept. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab. “I've just had a lovely experience in this store. I was looked after as soon as I walked into the store. Chloe fitted me up for a bra and she was lovely, really helpful and knowledgable. I usually hate bra shopping but she made it a pleasure. It was such a shame they don't do my size and go upto a H, but nice experience all the same.”

“Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience! “The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”

After MOT was done, I was informed that it had passed and that they would then start the service and contact me again to let me know when my car is ready for collection. Upon collecting my car I was shown my MOT paper and told what advisories I would need to keep an eye on. Great communication all round.”
