“An amazing place to bring your child(ren). Each class is different and fun. Becky and Loz do a fantastic job of bringing so much excitement, colourful props. Their cheerful and empathetic personality, makes you feel valued. Me and my girl always looked forward to the classes. Thank you for offering your services which are highly recommended. If you've got a child or children under 4 please do them a favour and bring them to toddler sense. It was the best thing I ever done to bring my girl here. She loved this placed and so did I! ❤️”

“I hired Adam for my daughter’s christening party having seen reviews and videos on social media and WOW he absolutely exceeded all my expectations! The kids had an amazing time with Adam, he was so full of energy and his interaction with the kids was great! He even got the adults involved too which was really fun! They played games, danced (to some great music), he did magic and animal balloons for the kids! (You can choose a package to suit your child’s age). I 100% would use Adam again for any future events we may have and will highly recommend to family and friends going forward. If you are looking for a children’s entertainer please book Adam because you will not be disappointed. I had so many people ask me where I found Adam because he was so good! Really well thought through and executed sessions, With fantastic toys and accessories, always tailored to that weeks book. Cannot recommend these sessions and Hannah (who organises them) more highly, and we have already signed up for the next term!”

“We booked David for a five hour set for our wedding reception, and could not have been happier. Communicating with him in the lead-up to the day was super easy and stress-free. We had a great consultation which left us feeling like he really understood what we were going for in terms of the types of music and the crowd. On the day he absolutely nailed it, incorporating our 'must plays' in really seamlessly and playing a great blend of music that appealed to our whole range of guests. We and all of our guests had a blast and David absolutely kept the dancefloor full until midnight. So many of our guests spoke to us after to say how great they thought he was. My hair was washed with great care and then while having it trimmed I was offered a warm beverage which was greatly appreciated after being soaked from the rain outside. Then dried and styled, I am truly pleased with how my hair looks. Adeline listened to how I wanted it and checked to make sure I was happy each step of the way. “We played Space Evaders and Ellen was our host. She explained the game well and only gave clues when we really needed them which was great. The game itself was really fun, we did it as a team of 4 and there was plenty for each of us to do. We've played many escape rooms before and this room offered a loads of puzzles and with varying difficulty, so something for everyone. Would recommend!”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. They are very affordable compared to other brands and the quality is beautiful and I cannot complain. Every year me and my family also buy Jubbas for eid from their wide selection and all sorts of other Islamic items (Tasbihs, prayer hats, abayas etc). May Allah bless their business immensely!”

“We were in Manchester Saturday 17th so we decided to book our first experience in an escape room. There was me, my husband, daughter and sister. We booked the Creepy Carnival to start with as a two star difficulty rating. We had no idea how to play or what to look for but with the help of some clues from the staff we managed to break out with a minute to spare. It was so much fun trying to solve the clues and move from room to room using our logic and brain power. We enjoyed it that much, we booked another room for later on that evening. Different theme, harder rating. Despite our best efforts we failed to escape this one. We had an absolute blast. The rooms are well thought out, the clues are imaginative and if you're struggling there's lots of help from outside. Innovative and intriguing and the staff are lovely and welcoming, including Conrad who was very diplomatic about our combined efforts trying to decipher the puzzles. All in all a superb day out. Worth every penny. We will be back to try the harder ones in the future.”

“My boyfriend and I visit this restaurant every couple of months as a treat. This is by far my favourite restaurant in Manchester, the food is amazing, the actual cooking of the food is a really fun experience but most importantly the service is phenomenal. I’ve visited about 8 times now and have never waited more than 10 seconds for service, the waitresses and waiters are so on top of everything and very helpful for suggestions and how long to cook each item of food. We usually spend between £30-£50 between the two of us and have a loyalty stamp card that we use everytime we visit for a free item! Cannot recommend enough!”

“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“Attended Suburban legends gig on 15 March As a disabled person I had high anxiety about going to the venue for the first time, however, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Welcomed outside by a lovely gent who walked us into the venue via the ramp access to the left of the venue and then made sure we were good and knew where bar / toilets etc where A small barriered off space to the right of the stage with basic dining chairs for those who are able to move around which can be moved for those with wheelchairs etc A really nice touch is above the area is a small speaker which gives you excellent sound (for me this would mean 6 stars for the thought gone into by the venue!) Accessable toilet was nice and clean Will certainly return to this venue !!!”

The crew were warm and helpful, and the boarding point—right under the Millennium Footbridge by The Lowry Theatre—was clearly signposted. Great value for money, offering a chance to explore hidden corners of Manchester and Salford you wouldn’t normally see, including MediaCity, The Lowry, the Imperial War Museum North, Old Trafford, and the historic Manchester Ship Canal. “We overall love this bar and have been coming on and off for years. We first visited many years ago before they installed air con, and our complaint then was how warm it got when busy, the adding of the air con is brilliant. In recent days, we've become regulars. Where to start with the praise? Great vibe, musicals on the screens and lovely clean toilets. Lee, the doorman, is brilliant. A model bouncer and doorman. Last year, we unfortunately had an experience with a straight man who became aggressive to us and we told the bar staff who got Lee, whom proceeded to kick him out with 0 hassle to us and made us feel safe. This is our only bad experience in 5+ years of coming here as the place is great. The cocktails are inventive, delicious and bright to look at. Their new movie night Mondays is a great initiative and their changing boards of cocktails often based on musicals that have come to the city, are brilliant. The bar staff are so smiley, pleasant and love a laugh. One remembers my order every time which is special to us to be remembered. Our only complaint now, is that they're so busy some nights we never have anywhere to sit. But we're so happy they're full and business is booming!”

“Been coming here since it first opened, it's a great place for a variety of Japanese food, honestly the vegan/vegetarian sweet potato katsu is PHENOMENAL! I'm not even vegetarian and it's so good, plus the rest of the food is on point. I took a group of my friends and we ordered a great variety, I've no complaints really!”
