βIβve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.β

βI walked in at 8am and was given a same day appointment for 10am. I came back at 10am and within a very few minutes I was seen by Dr Anwar. She carried out a comprehensive examination and prescribed a course of treatment. Dr Anwar also contacted my pharmacy so that the medicine would be ready as I arrived there 10 minutes later. Within 24 hours the medicine was having a noticeably beneficial effect.β

βSuch a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!β
