“I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.”

“I had a weird experience at first, nobody really seemed to pay attention to me whilst I was waiting because I came through a referral. They didn’t even bother to learn my name and that was so weird. I met with the pharmacist, Lawrence and he was really nice and reassuring. He listened to my complains and made a note of everything. He didn’t try to water down my symptoms, he was very very nice. He also learned my name and called me by my name all through the consultation.”

Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. “I came here a few weeks ago. I phoned all the out of hours pharmacies in the Salford area who did not stock the drug my partner needed. He was really ill. I phoned here last and the pharmacist was brilliant and confirmed they had it. He was really professional and friendly offering directions. Got to the pharmacy and the pharmacist served me. He was lovely. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and i'm very grateful they were fully stocked. The out of hours pharmacy where I live never has anything you need in stock.”
