I used to use a supermarket's pharmacy where they NEVER had all the items on the prescription, were disorganised and not very friendly, so swapping to Well was a good and successful decision.”

“We recently had to put down our wonderful Miniature Schnauzer, Rupert. Nicole (vet) was so lovely, patient and compassionate given that we were extremely upset. She gave us the time we needed and was so caring towards him and explained everything clearly to us. She has also been dealing with our other senior dog in the same caring way. I would also like to mention the staff on the desk - Suze and Lauren (others too but I'm not sure of names) who are a pleasure to deal with and were very sympathetic toward us after losing a big part of the family.”
