“The best physio I have ever come across. She fixed my rotated shoulder and helped me with my lower back pains. Gave me lots of advice and extra exercises that actually worked but didn’t take up my whole free time. She was very friendly and created a lovely atmosphere to relax. “I love THL! I have been practicing Pilates here for the last 3 years (on and off). Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are always so welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. What I love about THL is that all the instructors make you feel like your are learning about the movements. They teach you how to move your body intentionally to make sure you are are working out properly. Other studios just make it more of a work out or a “n exercise class and I think that this approach loses what Pilates is all about. I always make sure I attend Faye and Alicia’s classes the most. They are amazing. They always make me feel so welcome and they give everyone the care and teaching they need despite having 10 or more people to teach at one time. All the instructors are lovely and great of course! Also shout out to the front of house team, they are all fantastic. Gracie always brightens up my day and makes me feel at home!”

“I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”

“I ordered a 6ft black and red freestanding punch bag the base come the following day. There was an issue with the delivery of the bag on the couriers side, graft now went above and beyond to ensure to I received the bag as soon as possible by sending a replacement before the original had be sent back to them the replacement was sent Friday I received the bag the next working day on Monday. The quality of the bag is brilliant I've had a few different bags over the years and this freestanding 1 seems durable I'm 6ft2 and 23 stone trying to find a bag that take all you can give it isn't easy so far so good with this one, I train muay thai and a couple of training partners/ friends are thinking of getting the same bag. Again can't fault graft now with the way they handled the issue with the courrier, the quality of their products and customer service has been brilliant. The punch bags are competitively priced and the quality is great thanks again! Asher.”
