She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, giving breaks and explaining things in a way that puts you at ease. Her nurse Ruby is always kind and helpful too, which makes a big difference. They make me feel relaxed and create such a friendly atmosphere for me.
