Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! Dillon called out to do my service on Monday. may I commend Dillon he is a great asset to your business, he was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and communicative. My home is currently occupied by a family from oversees who have come to the UK on the resettlement scheme and are often nervous about visitors. Dillon instantly put them at ease. Thank you. He had the replacement parts with him and repaired the fridge freezer very competently. Mike was very pleasant and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

I got a new fridge freezer at a reasonable price compared to other shops I won't be going anywhere else in future. Very friendly and helpful.
