After spending all my time consumed by buying product after product for years before seeing Lorraine. I was so glad when someone mentioned The Cheshire Facialist to me. She is knowledgeable, takes time and care with your skin and made my home skin routine as simple as possible with only a select few products. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the spa was peaceful and relaxing. My friends had a lovely stay in the hotel and a lovely breakfast before departing. Thank you to Paul Savage who delt with our booking and helped if we needed anything, we loved our trip! My trainer is based below the Backhealthy physical therapy clinic and asked Martin in passing to have a quick look at my MRI results. He translated the medical descriptions into laymen’s terms, made clear that I needed specialist attention and said he was confident we could resolve my issues in 12 weeks. I was sceptical at first as I had a mid-spine fracture, lower spine degeneration with occasional nerve pain down the leg, and arm/hand sensations due to neck issues. “I visited Sharon at Cheadle Holistic Therapies after experiencing soreness in my lower back during a short visit to Manchester from London. I haven't felt so relaxed since before I was born! Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. It was only towards the end of the visit that I realised that the sound of birdsong did not resonate from the soothing music but from the gardens outside. A truly superior surround sound experience! I have experienced many massage therapies over the years but I can confidentially recommend a visit here if you want to leave feeling entirely rejuvenated and experience what I feel was the most effective treatment I've enjoyed in memory.
