“Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me. I didn’t know where to start or how to save myself. It started with a simple conversation with Silvia, which then grew in to a deep exploration of my soul, Silvia made it so easy to decompress, to communicate, to let go and grow.. we had endless conversations about human design and the psychology and anthropology of the human and spiritual condition. My sessions with Silvia weren’t just a text book regurgitation of methodologies, they were real time boundless excursions into my personal experiences and how the universe has shaped my experiences. I received endless personal support which continues today and Silvia’s approach doesn’t come from some self involved, entitled diva… it felt and still feels like a spirit guide on my shoulder, guiding me and giving me permission to explore my self consciousness and find my own answers…. “Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “Ben is absolutely amazing. We contacted him to do house visits with our 1.8 month old dog and our puppy as we were at work. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust. She now loves him and approaches him enthusiastically. Would 100% recommend him. He's extremely professional as he takes care of both yours and your dogs needs and is very flexible.”

“Love the place. Haven’t been for a long time. It’s been 4 years since the last time I went to the barbers. Every time I went my dad came with me. I think this one Barber is called Kate and she always trims my hair. I went during my long hair growth journey which started March or April 2018. Every time I go I always go for the really short on back and sides and long on top. Had it tied up in a top knot. Now to this day my hair is now longer. Might go back to Geezers Barber for the first time in 4 years. I know that you can’t add pictures on reviews but if you can I would had added 2 pics of a “Before and after”. Now I have a full head of long hair. Still growing it. Most of the times I went to the barbers I went with my dad. He’s called Darren. I will never forget about that barbers. Best barber shop I’ve ever been to”

“Outstanding pub. Situated a twenty minute walk, depending on fitness, from Kearsley train station. Walk is downhill there but obviously uphill back. Easily accessable from Farnworth by bus. Child and dog friendly. Lovely country pub decor, with a main room and little quieter nooks at the front. Bar is small so there will probably be queueing. Said to be one of the top five pubs in Bolton area and I heartily agree. I had a wonderful chilly con carnie and my wife had the cheese and onion pie, she said it was the best homemade cheese and onion pie shes ever had in a pub, amazing chef & staff and we should know because weve been in quite afew. Car park and beer garden at the back. Beautiful setting”
