“I had a problem with the starting of my Ford Transit. I rang Chris last Friday and he slotted me in yesterday Monday. Chris and his friend diagnosed it to be a diesel pump problem in the fuel tank. They fitted a new pump and a headlight bulb , I picked it up tonight, starts lovely now. This is the first time I have been to Chris and his friend but if I have problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to go there . The work was carried out very professionally and very reasonable and added to that two really nice genuine people. Anybody having problems with their vehicle don’t hesitate to go here you won’t be disappointed. Thank you”

“I very rarely write reviews but I went in and asked for advice on some scratches that I have on my car to see if they could recommend anything I could buy to get them off. The staff were so friendly and offered to try and polish the scratches out, the scratches are now barely visible and did this completely free of charge, which they didn’t have to do. I’m so grateful for their kindness and will definitely be back should I need anything else! Thank you so much”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

“We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. Thank you so much ladies for making our journey richer in this lovely experience.”

“Don’t believe the bad reviews. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good value, location is good. Tram stop behind pub. Very convenient. Lovely pub serving food across the road beside tram stop. Avoid the pizzeria next door to hotel. Good car park just seconds from reception. Shortage of power sockets in rooms, bring a power strip. Lovely staff. I will return.”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain.
