The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. “I have bought from this branch a few times over the years and I have always found the staff to be lovely and professional. A few years ago I had an issue with a table that arrived damaged but wasn't damaged in store. The staff here sorted it. Then a few days ago I ordered two couches and the woman on the till who took the money for the couches had written I paid for them but hadn't put the delivery date for the friday in the diary. So I waited in and they didn't arrive. Spoke to a guy with a lush irish accent and he sorted it to arrive the next day. He was very apologetic and dealt with the problem quickly. So all the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience. The items in the store seem to be in good condition. Theres a mix of preowned and new. The new items are more expensive but the preloved are reasonably priced. The two couches I got were about 300 in total for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and they're well made. They don't feel as flimsy as an ikea couch, they feel stronger.”
