“Excellent pre planning and intermediate reviews, so that we got the kitchen that we wanted within the remit of our existing kitchen design. Couple of hiccups with the ordering of one of the cupboards/lighting transformer which meant a delay in the final completion. However we could use the kitchen before that was finished. We have a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs, thanks to Alistair, Josh and Olivia. Great communication and updates. We had an additional team to do the preliminary and post installation work. Adam and Bart led that part of the project. The team led by Kris for installation are very efficient and good at what they do. Initially, I put some before photos in, have removed them now as it detracts from the brilliant new kitchen! Some of the photos were taken prior to decorating. “Well where to start…. Everything about Randalls is amazing and believe me when I say they all go the extra mile to make your experience the best you can possibly get! The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. The care they take when doing hair and beards is extraordinary. “The young lady that served us was brilliant so helpful lovely and so helpful. The food was fantastic highly recommended the halal breakfast and my friend loved the omelette. The Earl gray tea came in the most wonderful tea pot and was fantastic. My friend loves the coffees so much has two cups every time. If you have never been you have to try you will not be disappointed I guarantee it. We will be coming once a week from now on may be more. I have to say that the toilets hear are really clean and the double seats one for adults and a second for children shows a real family cafe.”

“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“The cafe is brilliantly located right in the toddler play area at Stamford park. Having a cafe with a toilet is very convenient when I'm out and about with the kids. They have friendly staff, great coffee, lovely atmosphere & fabulous value.”

“Came across Ali's barber shop as I was in desperate need of a hair cut and fed up of booking appointments days/ weeks in advance that are overpriced at hair salons. And I found a gem! Anna was attentive and managed to bring life back to my hair. Got a layered hair cut and my hair feels light and healthy again and falls naturally without much styling needed. Would recommend! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff as well :)”

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

I use the groom room about 4 times a year for a full groom they do a lovely shorter cut that helps me manage a hairy home as she is a bearded collie. Edit* after this review we have found the service isn't as good as it was noticed a change in staff”
