“My husband and I shopped at The Baby Store for our specials one’s travel system after some online research about the products available. We would shop again ans recommend other new parents shop there not only for the product range available but specifically for the customer service, care and attention that we received from our initial speculative visit, to subsequent visits to make our decision and there after our delivery and support experience. We were initially greeted by the knowledgable Nikita who got to know us as a couple and our needs/preferences. She asked lots of targeted questions to help filter down her recommendations and give us top tips on what products would best meet our lifestyle needs. Highlighting features that would benefit us and our little one. We were then able to streamline our decisions (which can be overwhelming!) and choose a system that best suited us and our budget. Nikita wasn’t pushy or sales driven at all, it’s all about selecting the best products for our little one in an informative but still exciting way. Our little girl was born 06/09 and after a long stay in hospital, we were ready to head home and had a brain freeze on how to work one element of the car seat. We called TBS, and it was Nikita who was available to help and remind us of how to safely get baby home. Thank you TBS and Nikita for supporting us get ready for our little girl.”

“A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”

“I don't know why, but I've always thought this place would be a bit of a dive and so in the 30 years I've lived here, I've never been in. I'm sorry! However, as Stacked are now cooking here, we gave it a go. The bar staff were lovely and drinks were a lot cheaper than I've paid at other places which was a bonus. The guy on the bar also came over to make sure we understood the ordering process for Stacked which was good of him. Stacked was, as always, delicious and I'll review them separately. The only thing I will say, is that if you think Stacked is good when it's delivered, get down to the Prince of Orange and try it fresh!”

“I was stuck last Monday when my tyre warning light came on whilst I was driving on the m62. I found this garage and the gentleman was extremely helpful and topped up the tyres for me without problem which helped me reach my destination about 250miles away. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.”

I ordered a tunic and shorts set for my 6 year old daughter, and it's just gorgeous, and so unique. “Visited Dec 2025 for land of lights. This was very well organised. I purchased marshmallows in advance. The lights are beautiful and it wasn't too busy to enjoy it and take pictures. There was a good amount of food and drink stops. Fire pits are dotted along the way to toast marshmallows. The trail is pram friendly but the higher dinosaurs area may be inaccessible for motorised wheel chair users or people with double prams. There is a good amount of toilets available throughout. You will also find play areas along the way. I do wish they had been slightly better lit though. A selection of smaller rides where also open at an extra cost. All in all really enjoyable night out with the family.”
