“Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me. I didn’t know where to start or how to save myself. It started with a simple conversation with Silvia, which then grew in to a deep exploration of my soul, Silvia made it so easy to decompress, to communicate, to let go and grow.. we had endless conversations about human design and the psychology and anthropology of the human and spiritual condition. My sessions with Silvia weren’t just a text book regurgitation of methodologies, they were real time boundless excursions into my personal experiences and how the universe has shaped my experiences. I received endless personal support which continues today and Silvia’s approach doesn’t come from some self involved, entitled diva… it felt and still feels like a spirit guide on my shoulder, guiding me and giving me permission to explore my self consciousness and find my own answers…. “From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

Dr Perkins goes above a beyond when it comes too making sure that everyone in he’s surgery get the best level of care and medication to his best ability an always gives 110%. Dr Perkins is as always very friendly an professional never rush my appointment ever. (Unlike some other GP’s that I have been too in the passed.) “I attended the eye clinic last week with an urgent follow up appointment. I arrived early and was met by a lovely, friendly receptionist. She immediately put me at ease. Shortly after I had my eye sight tested by a nice man. I was then called in by Josh for scans, who again was very friendly and welcoming. After a few more minutes I was seen by the consultant, Mr. Grassi. He was very professional and polite. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant thank you.”

“I only add reviews when I strongly feel the need to share - i cant lie and say that i have always had a great service at monarch but i have been really impressed recently with the service i have been receiving and thats down to 2 of the team - Dr Nisha and Nurse Ruth!! What an absolute pleasure it has been to have had Dr Nisha for my recent consultations, she is the first Dr in years to actually listen and make me feel heard!! I will not be seeing anyone else! And likewise for Ruth she listens, is friendly, and always a pleasure to see, she always makes my day! Please do not let either of these amazing women leave!! The reception staff are always lovely too!”
