“With so many options along Liverpool road, this place does seem to stand out in terms of quality. The sauces are really tasty and company the kebabs well. On this occasion, I had a mixed Kebab, and chips, all came quickly and was great value for money for the fantastic portion size. Usually in a crowded market, quality suffers, but this foot was tasty, and hot when it arrived. I have been to this place maybe a dozen times and id say it was the most consistent and for your typical kebab shop style food, the best of the bunch along Liverpool road”

“My absolute go to Chinese in the area. The portions are very well sized for the money and most dishes come with the rice or chips included. The food is always very hot and well presented. The fire chow mein and seaweed is our favourite! Definitely recommend as the best Chinese in the area, and we love supporting local.”

“I have been ordering from Domino's - Eccles for the past three years. Let me tell you this - whoever is building these pizzas isn't playing. I customise my own with 5 or 7 toppings. Usually, when you do this in other places, the pizza guys are very scarce about the toppings - one or two olives here, two or three green peppers there, and if you look closely you might find the extra mushroom you've paid for. But not Domino's Eccles. Just see the pictures attached - these have been taken at different times, from different pizzas. The toppings are abundant, the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, I have never had an issue with these people before but I have had with other places. So I don't understand the bad reviews. But take it from someone who loves their pizza - it's worth it.”

“Cannot understand the poor reviews. Had many meals from here and always been fine. Best selection of vegan or vegetarian Chinese dishes in the whole of Eccles and Salford. Have an easy to use website and deliver. Prefer this compared to using Uber, just eat, etc.”

The fries were golden and crispy, the garlic bread was perfectly buttery with just the right amount of bite — but the star of the show was the Fresh Boy Pizza. That pesto? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour. Every bite was a winner. You can tell real care goes into their food. Can’t wait to order again”

“Fantastic food in the most unassuming place and location. The whole experience was smooth and food wasn't too spicy. What they have classed as 3 peppers out of 5 - I found rather mild. Really like the medium of building your own custom plate. It's a novelty, but very refreshing idea and gives you opportunity to taste a few things at once without spending crazy money on a single meal.”

“We ate in here this evening and it was the best Thai meal we’ve ever had. Went for the salt and pepper ribs and spring rolls to start. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone and the spring rolls were so fresh. The mains were stunning too, salt and pepper chicken with rice and crispy pork, along with the signature loaded fries (topped with chicken and steak slices and leathered in a lovely spicy mayo, barbecue sauce, fresh chillis and spring onion). It was enough to feed four, honestly the portions are huge. It’s a shame not more people were in, because this place is so nice and the price is reasonable for excellent and fresh food. The service is a little slow, but the lady waiting on was lovely and I suppose may have been helping out in the kitchen. The chef also came out when we were leaving to have a chat with us, who was really friendly and welcoming. Overall a lovely meal and will definitely go back.”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“Salford Curry King has been my go to place for Homely North Indian food and delicious dosas for almost 2.5 years now. Their service is amazing, the taste is top notch and portions are quite filling. The aloo parathas are quite authentic. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Being in my early 40s now and having many Chinese takeaways over 3 decades, this is absolutely hands down our favourite Chinese and the only place we get from now! As you can see in the pic the sweet and sour chicken melts in the mouth, very generous portions such as the salt and pepper chicken which is our favourite starter, super friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable prices, cannot recommend highly enough! I've been everywhere in Manchester and ate everywhere including Rusholme. I've been here lots of times and it's one of the best, if not the best curry house in Manchester. Very tasty indeed. “The best fish ’n’ chips in the area. PERIOD. Anybody saying the Kingfisher on Parrin Lane is better — and the other comments — listen up. Yes, they are super friendly at the Kingfisher. They also close at 8:30, not the 9 p.m. this one does. And you can’t complain that this no longer takes card payments because neither does the Kingfisher, but this at least allows bank transfer — so basically it takes card payments. Also, saying it’s expensive? Last night I got a LARGE FISH & CHIPS with a pot of GRAVY and a pot of MUSHY-PEAS (both of which are far superior to Kingfisher’s) for £11.20. I think that’s very fair. I’m posting the pics here so you can see how amazing they are — and that’s after going to Lidl and walking 10 minutes home. Hot, delicious, and not greasy. 10/10. Give them a try at least once so you KNOW for yourself. :)”

“The food is incredibly tasty. All meat I've had from here has not had any fat on and is absolutely quality food. The portions are big, especially the Kebabs they are very filling with nice tender meat all through, no gaps in the bread. Sauces are flavourful and salad is always a nice combination amount, doesn't taste watery it's juicy. Food always taste fresh and delicious. The pricing is excellent and very generous for the quality of the amazing food. The portions are impressive and will hit the spot. Overall I would recommend this food to anyone and definitely one of the best tasting takeouts I've had. The service is top notch, the service is very polite and respectful. I don't have any complaints. It is very tidy and clean. You can tell preparation for each meal they make it catered to with detail as you can see the kitchen in the back were all is prepared.. They cooks are also very respectful, tidy and amazing at making the food taste delicious!!! Treat others with respect and you shall receive it back. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. The food has always been hot and wrapped well and given with kindness. Thank you!”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. I'm also in love with the Old Delhi Style Butter chicken - the chicken is so tender and the sauce is absolutely addictive. Really soft and flavourful naan as well.”
