“I had a full body massage with Mobina and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. All the staff were really lovely even at the reception, and made me feel welcome. I’ve booked again so that should say everything!”

“Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”

“A neighbour put a black scratch on the silver rear quarter of my wife's beloved is 120ah. After much deliberation concerning how best to avoid a huge bill for our neighbour I suggested getting a quote from Williams in Bolton where she bought the car. She spoke to Lauren at the body repair centre who took her through all the details including how to pursue a claim should the neighbour baulk at the repair cost leaving my wife much more at ease. We took the car down to the centre and Lauren's colleague Kevin came out to look at the damage. A twelve inch black scratch, went back in the office and returned with a polishing gun and some polishing compound and less than a minute later the car was good as new. How much for the repair? Absolutely nothing. I am sure our neighbour will be pleased when we tell them! I was expecting a bill and a receipt. Now that's what I call service. If we have any more bodywork issues we will be coming back. Even if it does cost money next time!!”

“If Carlsberg did Motor repair garages then it would be Bolton Motor Works. Absolutely the best around by a mile. Do not hesitate to take your car to Martin, he is the best and will always explain what is needed to be done. I have dealt with Martin and Mandy in the office for more years than I can remember without ever having an issue with them I have given 5 stars because google does not allow me to give any more.”

“Came Down last week to have 2 tyres fitted and was greeted by a lovely Lady and Gentleman I believe they were called Blanka and Tom. They offered me somewhere to sit and a lovely hot drink whilst I waited for the technician Andre to fit my tyres. Was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely Brilliant service would highly recommend coming to this autocentre and I will definitely be using them more often in the future. Thank you and what a wonderful Team you guys are.”

“Nice modern cinema based in Bolton's indoor market shopping centre. Plenty of parking in the multistory next door. We called during the day and virtually had it ho ourselves. Staff are nice and friendly. Very clean inside. Nice clean toilets. There's a bar serving alcohol and tea/coffee as well as snacks. A nice seating area for waiting before you go in.”

Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. “I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.”

But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. “It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“Good but projector needs updating”

“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”
