Have been to another place the owner had before this shop to find my granddaughter a bracket and got a perfect 1 for her that has a butterfly on it absolutely perfect. So when my daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday then we wanted to go to the same jewellers so we went to his new place and it was definitely worth the trip. She looked at some that were on display then asked to look at a couple and was shown them and got passed the 2 she liked too have a closer look. She chose 1 of them so both times I've been they've had exactly what I have wanted.”

“Got my mum a fossilised coral ring for her birthday, she's very into fossils and loved the ring, great craftsmanship and a lovely bit of coral! Came packaged really nice and neatly with a nice ring box to go with it. Ready to give to her straight away as a gift. Communication was very easy and helpful from a very nice and genuine man! “I initially came across Lily Arkwright online while searching for a wedding ring for my wife. After seeing a ring I liked, I booked an appointment at the Manchester branch. I had a 15-20 minute meeting with Klaudia who was incredibly helpful in providing information on the different types of diamond rings available and I placed my order. The timescales were a little tight before the wedding and still the ring arrived with plenty of time to spare and I was constantly updated on the progress of the order. The ring was exactly as expected and my wife loved it. We revisited the branch after the wedding for a small size adjustment free of charge and also decided to have the ring engraved. Again, the service was seamless and the ring was delivered again, much earlier than the estimated arrival date. If anyone is considering a ring for a special occasion, I cannot recommend Lily Arkwright enough. Seamless from start to finish and incredible customer service - a flawless experience.”

“Plaza sells fabulous quality jewellery. I have purchased a number of items over the past few years and I am always pleased with the service received from Charlotte and Chris. They both have a keen eye for finding interesting pieces in excellent condition. I saw my recent purchase on their website, a pendant, it looked so lovely in the photographs, which are always clear with multiple shots of the item. When visiting their stand in Harrogate, I was pleased with the quality and the colour of the central stone. I have purchased from their website and the item arrived beautifully packaged and fully insured. I will always recommend Plaza to family and friends.”

I have specifically been visiting Chardaine for a number of years and she is fantastic, takes onboard your ideas and is very creative. Within the last year we have been working on a full sleeve, I had a few ideas but she elevated these to an artistic level I’m not capable of and by putting my trust in her I’ve ended up with a sleeve which I LOVE.”

As a non-binary person traditional mens suit shops can be a bit stressful but my experience was amazing!! To top it off, they did all my alterations for free to such great quality! “I have worked in the kitchen industry for over 15 years myself and have become very particular about what i wanted for my 'dream' kitchen. I can say that Daniel Scott delivered everything i expected. If you are looking for a true in-frame, bespoke kitchen which is timeless in it's design and will stand the test of time with the quality of workmanship you will really narrow down your options of who can really deliver this. Daniel Scott did not disappoint and were on-time and on-budget. My kitchen has been fitted for over a year now (yes apologies it took so long to write my review) and it still looks brand new. The quality, craftmanship and the installation process were all to a very high standard, everything feels very solid and smooth. If you are opting for a true in-frame kitchen, by definition they are not cheap, but i definitely feel i got great value for a top quality kitchen. The beauty of this type of kitchen is the timeless design and high quality materials, when it needs updating i will just have it painted another colour. I would highly recommend to anyone.”
