“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust.
