All the mess it created was cleaned away and they even cleaned up the weeds around my walls on the pavement side.”

"What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

He came round at the agreed and got the most stubborn stains out of the carpet, charcoal had formed on the bottom of my wax burner and the flakes had travelled via air allllll over the carpet i tried everything, laundry detergent, fairy liquid, scrubbing on my hands and knees and nothing budged, Kevin came round and in an hour it was asif it never happened cleanest carper ever very happy”
